Nothing much has happened lately, my foster choice (Pippin) got adopted but there are still lots of adorable pooches at Love Underdogs waiting for a home. We will contact Karine once Julia gets back from Spain tomorrow to see who needs fostering next. If the next dog is Indy sized or smaller we can have them now but if it is going to be a big or very nervous dog it will have to wait until after Christmas as we are going to our son’s for Christmas.
My MS has remained much the same. I can’t walk more than a few meters on crutches so I have to use the wheelchair or mobility scooter. Fatigue has been the big issue for the past few months, it is not just being tired it is having limbs that feel like they are made of lead and a brain made of fog! I do get to have 2 or 3 naps a day though which has to be a good thing because I like sleeping. 😀
All of my Christmas shopping has been done with me only having to go to a store once as I did almost all shopping on line. I love the internet. 🙂 I remember not so long ago having to spend days trawling the shops and still not being able to find what I wanted, am I missing out on the atmosphere though? NO!! I hate crowds and there is nothing atmospheric about fighting my way around town, pushing past grumpier people than me just to find out that none of the shops in Wellingborough sell anything worth buying. 😀
Indy and Hamish have been taking it easy while Julia has been away, we drive to the park at 7 am and they have a good run and play, then we nap.
I had to add this picture. The boys have just returned from a walk, they got so wet we have decided that it is a dressing gown in front of the fire day

The Love Underdogs needing a home today are Diesel, who is 8 months old and very friendly.
And Mowgli, a playful little bloke looking for an active home.
Adorable little guys, I wish they could come home with us! As a rescue dog myself I really hope they get great homes like I was lucky enough to find with my Humans.

I wish they could all live with me too. 🙂
I’m sure the right homes will be found for them all, it would be nice if it was soon though.
I once read that dogs need at least 14 hours of sleep per day. You must be copying them! 🙂
I must reprimand them for setting me a bad example. 😀
Oh no, lots of sleep is a good thing. Give them a pat and a treat. 🙂
I love the photos, well done. We have two rescue dogs now, great to give them a good home. Well done to you and especially when you haven’t got great health. All the best. Donna
Thank you, Donna.
I find that the dogs are the ones that keep me going when I am feeling bad. 🙂
