The new kennels at Wiccaweys are finally finished so Russell and Roxy have the honour of being the first occupants. They have learned a lot since being with us about being in a home and dealing with the outside world, they never did learn to trust me though? They appear to prefer women, or maybe they just don’t like me? We would have fostered them for longer but it is hard to work around 4 dogs in our tiny home plus the difficulty of doing 2 lots of walking twice a day, the real clincher though is that Julia will be going back to Indianapolis soon and it will be at short notice. I had hoped that a forever home would be found before they had to return to Wiccaweys but alas it was not to be, it may hinder them settling when they do get a home but hopefully not too much.
Russell came close (ish)

It is not too late to adopt this lovely pair, they will make great companions for the right person, it will require a little patience but will be worth it. If you could see how loving and confident they are around Julia you could see their potential. 🙂 maybe we will win the lottery and then we can have them? 😀
If you are interested in Russell and Roxy or any other Wiccaweys dogs contact Sarah or Paul on the phone number below.
Russell and Roxy were adopted on the 25th of July 2013.
Russell and Roxy recently attended a doggy day at Wiccaweys and although i couldn’t go i was informed that they are doing very well in their new home. 🙂
