Foster dogs

I am still struggling with fatigue so I am reposting my foster babies to keep things ticking over. 🙂

Here are pictures of some of our foster babies, as I search other hard drives I will add some of the others. I am posting them solely for the cute factor. 🙂

Byron Byron was our first foster dog and was with us for a week. He had been a kind of mascot at Wiccaweys, he would spend his days in the farmyard playing football with whoever would kick it for him.

Byron was so trusting that he would run when on a longline, even though he couldn’t see.He was a pleasure to foster but Indy didn’t like being walked on. 🙂

Tim was next, he came from Ireland and was with us for 5 months. Tim was a bit prone to nipping but when the right people came along they were aware of it and prepared to work on it.

About Mick C Gorman

Slightly damaged old bloke who is plodding on with more than a little help from a great wife. I have been married for 35 years and have 2 grown up children. I did the usual thing and replaced children with dogs when the nest became empty, best thing I ever did (apart from getting married of course). Life has taken a few interesting turns so far but this Epilepsy thing beats the lot! I love lots of things but in the past have never really stuck with them long enough to be good at them, I am trying harder to be better at a few things rather than okay at loads of things. There is still plenty of time. :-D

      Hello, Kathleen.
Most rescues use fosterers and will have details of how to apply on their website. I know that many tears and black retrieverx both are always in need of fosterers.
It will probably be the most rewarding thing you have done, you get to make a real difference for a pooch. Oh..I almost forgot to say that you will want to keep them all! 🙂
