about me

me and boys

My name is Mick (I am the one in the middle) I live in Northamptonshire, England. I returned here in 1995 from Indianapolis after being diagnosed with MS! Now I have just been diagnosed with Epilepsy so I am not sure where I should go now? šŸ˜€

I have been married to Julia for 31 years and I think I am very lucky to have her.

I am not working at the moment but I am looking, so my laziness isn’t terminal. I like to fish, spend time with the pooches and during healthy periods I have done volunteer work including 5 years working with addicts at the probation service but at the moment I am really resting.

Not knowing what my new-found Epilepsy will be like I am not sure what shape the future will be but I have to seize it by the nuts and do something with it before time runs out! I know I look like a young 30 something but I canĀ assure you all that I am the wrong side of 50.

About Mick C Gorman

Slightly damaged old bloke who is plodding on with more than a little help from a great wife. I have been married for 36 years and have 2 grown up children. I did the usual thing and replaced children with dogs when the nest became empty, best thing I ever did (apart from getting married of course). Life has taken a few interesting turns so far but this Epilepsy thing beats the lot! I love lots of things but in the past have never really stuck with them long enough to be good at them, I am trying harder to be better at a few things rather than okay at loads of things. There is still plenty of time. :-D
